Liberty responds to 7/7 inquest

In response to coroner Lady Justice Hallett's findings at the 7/7 inquest today, Liberty Director Shami Chakrabarti said:
“Liberty welcomes the verdict and hopes that open justice may offer some comfort to the victims of this atrocity and their families. The coroner’s conclusions demonstrate how vital it is that objections to proper judicial scrutiny of security agencies continue to be resisted in the future.”
