Responding to news that the Home Secretary revoked the Anti-Terrorism certificate against Prisoner C (Woodhill Prison) and released him without condition, Shami Chakrabarti, Director of Liberty said:

However, Mr C never had the opportunity to answer any allegations and the public has no idea why yesterday he was dangerous and today he is safe.
