| Leap for Liberty Sabina gets ready to jump Wanted - adventurous people throughout the country! Would you like to take part in an exciting and exhilarating challenge while raising funds for Liberty’s charitable arm, The Civil Liberties Trust, at the same time? We are looking for (brave) people, across the country, who are willing to jump out of a plane to help us defend human rights! Better still, we will pay for it! The only thing we ask is that you raise a minimum amount of sponsorship money (this starts at £360, depending on the type of jump you choose). You can choose from a tandem jump, where you are attached to an instructor or if you are feeling particularly courageous, you can choose a static line or accelerated freefall jump where you jump alone (training is provided). The Civil Liberties Trust will receive an average donation of £140 for each jump and in addition, every extra pound raised over the minimum sponsorship amount will come directly to the CLT. Sabina Frediani, Liberty’s Communications Officer, took part in a sponsored jump last year. She said:
"Jumping out of planes isn't part of my job description but it was great to be able to do something so fun and challenging, for such a great cause. I really recommend it!" If you are interested in getting involved and would like some further information please contact Jay Hunt on 020 7378 3662.
